At TOKYO SAKE BASE, we carefully select breweries across Japan that are genuinely dedicated to sake brewing, engaging in direct dialogue and building trust.
We don't simply offer popular or delicious sake;
we deeply understand the passion, skill, and story of the brewers,
and work with them as partners to build the future together.
Here, we introduce the breweries for which we are authorized dealers.
Please take a moment to reflect on the people, land, and culture that lie behind each brewery and its sake.

Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture. Founded in 1804. The 6th generation, Yuta Abe, took over the brewery when it was on the verge of bankruptcy and revitalized it with a young team of brewers. They aim for "overwhelmingly delicious" and "enjoyable fermentation."
Sake direction: Food-friendly sake with a focus on "acidity" and "umami from rice," centered on locally grown Kashiwazaki rice and water. All are undiluted sakes, offering a diverse range of experimental series such as Abe / Ittosei / Tanbo-betsu.
