Shirakiku Uranishi Usunigori

Description
Beyond the faint haze lies the refreshing acidity of black koji and the sweetness of rice.
This is the "usunigori" (lightly cloudy) version of "Uranishi," reflecting the skies of Tango. The lees dancing in the glass add a soft texture to the palate. A sharp, malic acid-like acidity beautifully rounds out the sweetness of the lees, then cleanly and swiftly disappears. This is a very refreshing sake.
