Description
As pure as a babbling brook, with the mellow calm imparted by bottle pasteurization. Made with rice cultivated in Kashiwazaki's abundant nature, this sake is heated only once after bottling (bottle pasteurization), preserving the fresh vibrancy of new sake while bringing out a refined, well-rounded maturity.
When poured into a glass, a gentle, elegant aroma, reminiscent of freshly cooked rice, subtly wafts up, never overpowering. Its smooth texture and delicate acidity gently tighten the finish, making it a perfect supporting act at any dining table, complementing a wide variety of dishes. This Junmai-shu, shining with Ishizuka Brewery's characteristic careful craftsmanship, is one you'll want to choose as a comforting drink at the end of the day.
