Description
Clear aging, the pinnacle of refinement.
This sake is crafted using a unique technique that allows for long-term aging while keeping the color subdued. It boasts the richness typical of aged sake, yet features an astonishingly clean and refined palate. Lighter than our gold varieties, it pairs well with a wide range of dishes and is recommended for those new to aged sake. It is an intelligent koshu that, despite its clarity, possesses a firm core of authentic aging. Enjoy its smooth texture in a wine glass.
Clear aged feel / Coexistence of lightness and richness / Refined umami
