This ginjo sake is made entirely from high-quality sake rice "Yume Sansui" grown under contract in Oku-Mikawa.
Freshly pressed sake from early spring is made slightly cloudy to soften its harshness and create a mellow finish.
This is a slightly dry unpasteurized sake with a refreshing aroma and smooth taste.
Please be careful when opening the bottle as it may occasionally spray out.
