Description
A transparency like clear air, and a mellow sweetness of rice from a single pasteurization.
This sake is carefully pasteurized once (bottle-aged) after enduring the harsh winter of Niigata. It retains the freshness of new sake while offering a rounded, matured taste. When poured into a glass, it exudes a gentle aroma reminiscent of freshly cooked rice, not too extravagant. The texture is incredibly smooth, and a clean acidity that gracefully fades away in the aftertaste makes it an excellent supporting actor at the dining table, pairing well with any dish.
While not flashy in its specifications, this type of sake, which pursues "simply delicious," truly makes you feel it's a fine sake you can enjoy for a long time during your daily evening drinks. It's a bottle you'll want to savor slowly with unpretentious home cooking.
