Description
The golden ratio of vibrant freshness and easy drinkability from a single pasteurization.
Among the "ricula" series, this is an exceptionally well-balanced sake, finished with a single pasteurization to lock in its fresh flavor. While offering the juicy fruitiness reminiscent of nama-zake (unpasteurized sake), it has the stability of pasteurized sake, resulting in an astonishingly smooth palate. The light aroma, evocative of lychee, harmonizes pleasantly with the gentle sweetness of rice, culminating in a refreshing acidity that elegantly brings everything together.
Its approachable nature makes it a sake we confidently recommend even to those unfamiliar with nihonshu. It's a bottle to be casually enjoyed during a weekend lunch or with light appetizers.
